Karishma Vijay (28, beauty brand owner from Ashford, Surrey) is one of the two women through to the final. She’s pitching her existing business ‘Kishkin – the Skincare Miracle’, a skincare-infused beauty brand. As the first businesswoman in her family, she impressed with her passion and drive throughout the process.

Pascha Myhill (22, recruitment consultant from Reading, Berkshire) is the other finalist. She’s proposing a specialist recruitment company focused on supplying experienced, compliant, and compassionate professionals to private healthcare settings, including nursing homes, care homes, supported living, domiciliary care, and nurseries.
